I’m Ty Kula—an outdoorsman, sportsman, and hands-on operator who believes in hard work, straight answers, and earning trust the right way. I grew up in Virginia, but my values are firmly rooted here in the Midwest: show up prepared, work until the job is done right, and take pride in the ground you leave behind. I’ve been involved in grading and land clearing since I was a kid, and what started as a passion for shaping land and solving problems became Kula Earthworks.
I don’t shy away from getting dirty or putting in long days—this is the work I chose because I believe in it. What sets me apart is that I’m directly involved in every project, from the first conversation to the final pass of the machine. I treat each property with respect, knowing my work becomes the foundation for whatever comes next, whether that’s a build, a farm, or a long-term investment.
When you hire Kula Earthworks, you’re not just hiring equipment—you’re working with someone who takes personal responsibility for the results. My focus isn’t on rushing jobs or cutting corners; it’s on delivering work I’m proud of and building relationships that last.
